Guaranteed Access Commuter Parking
Students and employees who purchase a Guaranteed Access Commuter Parking permit are assured a parking space in designated facilities.
- Cost:
- Students: $266 per semester (August 24 – December 20, 2025)
- Employees $127.50 per month via pay deduction and valid 24/7
- Hours: Valid Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 10:45 PM
- Locations: Bell Garage, Liacouras Garage, Montgomery Garage, Diamond Street Lot, Norris Lot, and Temple Towers Lot
- Access: Use your Temple Owlcard or Mobile OWLcard at facility card readers to enter and exit
Carpool Option
The Carpool Option is available only to Guaranteed Access permit holders.
- All members must register in advance at the Office of Parking Services with Temple credentials
- Only one vehicle may be parked at a time
- Cost: $266 per semester (August 24 – December 20, 2025), valid Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 10:45 PM
Flex Parking Option
Flex Parking offers a daily discounted rate during the SEPTA service reduction.
- Rate: $11 per day
- Payment: Register your vehicle and load funds onto your D-series account. Each entry deducts $11 from your balance
- A minimum of $11 must be in your account to park. If not, you must pull a ticket and pay the hourly or daily rate
- Flex Parking is first-come, first-served and does not guarantee a space
- Sign-up: Available online through your TU Parking Account
Ambler Campus Parking
Parking at Ambler is available in Lot #3 (Butler Pike and Woods Drive) during the SEPTA reduction.
- Rates: $70 Student Semester | $100 Student Annual | $135 Employee Annual
- All vehicles must be registered
- Shuttle bus service is available to Main Campus and HSC
