Things to know:

Technology Requirements: The expectation for online courses is that all individuals must participate both in video and audio. All participants are required to have a working camera during training.

  • All participants must be logged into Zoom using their own credentials and names. You cannot share a screen with your colleague or classmate.
  • Webcam: You are required to keep your webcam on during the duration of the class session.
  • Headphones are recommended for noise reduction.
  • Recommended Internet Speed: 8 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. Check your internet connection at speedtest.net.
  • Please note: Hard-wired connections are more consistent than Wi-Fi for Zoom sessions.

Post-test Requirements: The post-test must be completed within 48 hours after the end of the session and receive 75% or higher. Failure to complete the post-test in the necessary time frame or completion of the post-test without a passing score will result in you having to repeat the training.

Additional Information:

  • Arrive on time: Sessions begin promptly. Access locks at the commencement of training. Hence, you will not be allowed to join after the training begins.
  • Cancellation policy: Training for any EHRS class may be canceled due to low registration. Trainings are expected to have a minimum of five participants enrolled. If your training session is canceled, you will be notified by a member of the EHRS Training Team to register for the next upcoming training.
