Building maintenance problems and emergencies should always be reported to the Dispatch Office.
When calling the Dispatch Office, provide your name, department, phone number or extension, and an accurate description and the location of the problem. Ask the dispatcher for a job slip number for your reference and follow-up.
Building maintenance issues—such as a temperature problem, a light out, a clogged toilet or leaky faucet—are generally responded to and corrected the same day as they are reported.
Building emergencies—such as floods, severe ceiling or roof leaks, fire alarm activations and elevator entrapments—are responded to and corrected immediately.
