Biological Safety
The Biosafety Program incorporates state and federal regulations and guidelines that govern the use, storage, transport, and disposal of all biological materials. The program provides resources and expertise to support faculty and staff in implementing safe and compliant laboratory practices to protect laboratory personnel, the environment and the public from biological hazards.
