What do I do if I am issued a citation?
Payments are due immediately upon receiving a citation (even if you are going to appeal). Payments by check should be made payable to Temple University and sent to the following address:
Office of Parking Services
Late fees of $10 are applied to each citation after 15 and 30 days of nonpayment.
An appeal must be made within 7 calendar days of issuance of the citation. The appeal form can be found on our website and can be completed in person at our main campus office location. The form can also be completed online via your TU Parking Account.
You can also email email@example.com with any additional questions.
Do you offer a discount for weekend parking?
Yes, students without a registered parking plan who bring their car to campus on weekends can choose to purchase a Weekend Overnight Parking Pass, valid from 3PM Friday to 8AM Monday, for $25.00. They must be pre-purchased at the Main Campus Parking Services Office.
Do I receive an assigned space with my parking plan?
No, you are not assigned a specific space in your assigned parking lot/garage. You may park in any available space that does not have signage restricting certain vehicles (examples: Reserved, Handicapped, etc.)
Can I use my parking plan without my assigned permit?

What is the difference between the OWLoop and TUr Door Shuttle services?
The OWLoop operates on a regular designated route and circles the entire Main Campus area every 30 minutes (approximately). The TUr Door service begins at the Transportation Hub at 12th St. & Polett Walk and will take students directly to their off campus residence as directed. These trips are one-way, off-campus, only and no stops between Main Campus and residences are permitted. Both services operate 7 days per week between 5:30pm and 6am except Winter Break and Spring Break during the Academic year.
Does Temple offer Shuttle service between Main Campus and Temple's Center City Campus (TUCC)?
Currently, Temple does not offer any services; however, there are a variety of options offered by SEPTA to get between Main Campus and TUCC.
