Special Events

Reservations for special events during normal hours of operation may be created by emailing Fareeda Lee (fareeda.lee@temple.edu) and including the following information:

  • the date of the reservation
  • the full names of your guests or the event name (for word-of-mouth reservations)
  • your first and second parking-facility preferences
  • a FOAPAL number to which to charge the parking fee (use account No. 7365)
  • an authorized signature for the FOAPAL number to be charged

If you require the facility to be open after regular operating hours, the rate is $760 for 8 hours, which includes 75 spaces. Each additional space is assessed at $12 per car.

Group parking reservations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of your function. Arrangements made fewer than forty-eight (48) hours before the function will accrue a $50.00 administrative fee.
