Main Campus Metered Parking
Parking meter stations are installed in the Cecil B. Moore Lot (Cecil B. Moore Avenue between 12th and 13th streets) and the Tuttleman Lot (Montgomery Avenue between 12th and 13th streets) and require you to pay a fee per hour:
- Cecil B. Moore Lot - $6/hour
- Tuttleman Lot - $7/hour
Those machines accept cash (bills only), all major credit cards, and Diamond Dollars. Be sure to keep your receipt; there is no need to take it back to your vehicle. No change or refunds are given.
You may use any meter station to buy or add time. You also may refill your time via cell phone.
Paid parking in both parking lots is required 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
To buy or refill time, follow the directions displayed on the pay station’s screen:
Enter your parking-space number.
Enter the number of hours you wish to pay for.
Insert your method of payment.

Simplify your parking experience with ParkMobile. At the Cecil B. Moore and Tuttleman lots, you can now pay and add time to your reservation, all on the ParkMobile app. Here's how it works:
Park in either the Cecil B. Moore or Tuttleman Lot.
Download the ParkMobile app.
Enter the zone number (1930 for Cecil B. Moore and 1935 for Tuttleman).
Enter the space number.
Enter the duration of time you'd like to park.
Pay.
It's that simple. Running late and need to extend your time? Citations are a thing of the past with ParkMobile. You can add time to your session from anywhere on the app.
All ParkMobile payments are subject to a $0.35 service fee.
You may also pay for parking at the kiosks located in the lots. These machines accept cash (bills only), all major credit cards, and Diamond Dollars. Machines do not dispense change. Be sure to keep your receipt; there is no need to take it back to your vehicle.
