University Housing & Residential Life team manages all maintenance and housekeeping services for all Temple-owned housing facilities. They use a program named AssetEssentials to manage work orders and communicate status updates to students. Students can submit a work order request by clicking the "Click Here to Request Maintenance" link available in MyHousing.
